Barry Won't Give Up Cell Phone

Here is a new argument for teenagers who have had their cell phones taken away from them. Your parents don't have an argument anymore. Our new leader refuses to give up his crackberry despite a Federal Law. Barry is above the law or is he just being the moral equivalent of a teenager?
